By accessing or using Us. Fun & Reverence (us.funandreverence.com) (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users — couples building a puzzle, guests playing a puzzle, and visitors browsing the site.
Us. Fun & Reverence is operated by DJC Industries. We provide a personalized digital word search experience for wedding receptions. Couples build a custom puzzle experience using our tools and receive a QR code that guests scan to play. The Service includes the puzzle builder, the guest-facing puzzle experience, the guest notes feature, and the couple dashboard.
To build and purchase a puzzle, you provide your email address. No account or password is required. After purchase, you sign in to your dashboard with that email address and your unique puzzle code, where you can view and manage your puzzle.
Keep your puzzle code safe. Anyone with your email address and puzzle code can access your dashboard. If you believe your access has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit — including questions, answers, couple names, messages, and photos. By submitting content, you confirm that:
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
Guests who complete a puzzle may leave a personal note for the couple, along with their name. By leaving a note, guests consent to their name and message being stored and delivered to the couple.
Notes are delivered as guests write them; we do not screen or edit them.
If you receive a note you believe is inappropriate, please contact us and we can remove it for you.
Building and previewing your puzzle is free. Payment is required before your QR code is issued and your puzzle is made available to guests. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Because the service is a personalized digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment, we are unable to offer refunds once your QR code has been issued. If you experience a technical problem with the service, please contact us and we will work to resolve it promptly.
Following purchase, you have a 30-day edit window in which to change your puzzle’s questions and answers. After this window closes, your questions and answers are locked; your names, title, wedding date, closing message and photo can still be updated from your dashboard at any time. This window exists to protect the integrity of the service and to prevent a single QR code from being reused across multiple events.
All content on Us. Fun & Reverence — including design, copy, code, question banks, and brand elements — is the property of DJC Industries and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.
The personalized content you create using our tools — your questions, your answers, your photo — remains yours.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times, particularly during active wedding events. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accept no liability for downtime beyond our control. If you experience an issue during your event, please contact us immediately and we will prioritize a resolution.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJC Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Puzzles remain active for as long as the Service is in operation. We do not delete active puzzles without notice.
In the event that Us. Fun & Reverence is discontinued or significantly changed, we will make every reasonable effort to notify affected couples by email with a minimum of 90 days’ notice. This is your wedding — you deserve that courtesy.
We reserve the right to archive puzzles that have had no guest activity for a period exceeding two years. We will notify the couple by email before doing so, using the address provided at the time of purchase.
