We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond delivering the service you purchased.
Your email address and personal information will never be sold, rented, or provided to any third party for marketing purposes. We find that practice as objectionable as you do.
The only third parties who handle your data are those essential to delivering the service: Stripe, which processes payments, and our hosting provider, which stores the site and sends our emails. Stripe operates under its own privacy policy and is fully PCI compliant.
Your data is stored on secured servers. Couple photos are stored under a unique identifier and are not publicly accessible by URL guessing. No passwords are used: you sign in with your email address and your unique puzzle code. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period thereafter. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to your account. This cookie contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser or log out. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party analytics cookies. The puzzle also remembers a guest’s progress on their own phone, so they can pick up where they left off; this stays on the device and is never sent to us.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us and we will respond promptly.
Our service is directed at adults organizing wedding events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Guest players may be of any age — guests are not required to provide any personal information to play.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review it periodically. Continued use of the service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
